Depending on the setting, workers may work under direct supervision or autonomously. In some settings, the worker may also have limited supervisory responsibilities of volunteers.
A person under 18 years of age may be employed to work directly with children but cannot be counted as a 'primary contact' staff member.
This course may be completed through a Traineeship pathway or a fee for service enrolment.
